Grandi Marchi: the celebration in Milan
When an event has everything it needs to make a great evening. In numbers: 3 hours and 19 prestigious producers offered 606 bottles of their 57 top wines to 400 friends, workers in the sector and enthusiasts. They were celebrating 10 years. But the toasts were uncountable!
Wednesday 19th November, we celebrated with the leaders in Italian wine at the Science and Technology Museum in Milan. First there was the talk show “the world we have seen (and will see)” organised by Luciano Ferraro and Alessandro Torcoli: three minutes per producer to talk about our wine of yesterday and tomorrow. And then the tasting: 57 masterpieces in bottles uncorked for the occasion, among them were several 2004 vintages.
