Processing method

The Data Controller processes the Personal Data of the Users adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Personal Data.

The processing is carried out through IT and/or telecommunications tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes. In some cases, others besides the Data Controller may have access to the Data: categories of representatives involved in the organisation of the website (administration, sales, marketing and legal staff and system administrators), or external persons (third party technical service providers, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) also nominated Data Supervisors by the Data Controller, if necessary. Content commenting

Commenting services allow the User to express and make their comments about the content of the Application public.

Depending on the settings decided by the Data Controller, Users may also leave a comment anonymously. If a User gives his/her email among the Personal Data, this could be used to send notifications of comments regarding the same content. The User is responsible for the content of his/her own comments.

If a commenting service installed is provided by a third party, traffic data relative to the pages in which the comments service is installed may still be collected, even if Users do not use the commenting service.

Interaction with social networks and external platforms
These services allow interaction with social networks, or with other external platforms, directly from the pages of the Application. The interaction and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network.

Newsletter

The data you provide will be processed with electronic tools and will be processed to manage the newsletter subscription request, which periodically sends information, news and updates from the MailChimp platform. Modifications to this privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, informing the Users on this page. Therefore please consult this page often, referring to the last modification date indicated at the bottom. User
