Wines of Italy in the United Kingdom

Among the collaborators with our magazine, we are proud to accommodate more and more foreign writers who give their accounts of Italy from another point of view.
In an article on the UK wine market coming out shortly, a brilliant analysis sent to us by David Gleave MW. It is full of optimism and gratifying, because now … it is simple to sell high-quality Italian wine, but twenty years ago it was a challenge. Writers such as Nicholas Belfrage (who wrote a splendid introduction to the catalogue that we proposed at our 40th anniversary event in Florence, read here) and enthusiastic professionals, such as David, have materially contributed to the valorisation of Italian wine in the world. Our most heartfelt thanks go to them! Read David Gleave’s comment here.
